MEDiAGATO Network
One report engine.
AppSpace, BrightSign, and Korbyt.
Nothing leaves your machine.
Point FleetGrader at an AppSpace, BrightSign, or Korbyt export and get a fleet-health report back — score, firmware and OS currency, storage and subscription risk, prioritized actions. The analysis runs on your computer. The raw inventory never goes anywhere else.
What it reads today
Nine report types, straight from the engine's own registry — not hand-typed.
- AppSpace Broadcasts History
- AppSpace Content Bandwidth
- AppSpace Content Playback
- AppSpace Device Directory
- AppSpace Device Identity Audit Log
- AppSpace Reservation History
- BrightSign Network Device Directory
- BrightSign System/Boot Log
- Korbyt Player Inventory
The part that isn't negotiable
Your fleet inventory never leaves this machine.
No API keys. No client credentials in a database anywhere. No upload step. FleetGrader reads the export file you already have — the same one your vendor's dashboard already handed you — and writes the report back to disk. If your client's data-handling policy says the fleet inventory can't touch a third-party cloud, it doesn't, because there isn't one.
How it works
The export you already have. A report you can act on.
01
Export
Pull the device-directory export your platform already gives you — AppSpace Excel, BrightSign CSV, or Korbyt export today, Chromebox device-management export next.
02
Grade
FleetGrader reads it locally and scores the fleet: firmware/OS currency, storage headroom, subscription status, per-site and per-device health.
03
Act
Get a prioritized list, not a spreadsheet dump — the devices that need attention first, and why, exported as Word, PDF, Excel, JSON, or CSV.
Also decodes BrightSign's own diagnostic logs
BrightSign's paid tier gets you the log. Not what it means.
Every BrightSign unit's Diagnostic Web Server can hand you that same raw log for free — except DWS now defaults off for security, so getting it the old way means opening that back up on the box. BSN Content bills per device, per year, to pull the same log through the cloud instead, without touching DWS. Either path hands you the same undecoded log — no breakdown, no verdict, from either one. FleetGrader reads it and tells you chronic-and-fine from genuinely new right there, for $99/yr flat across the whole fleet, without touching DWS and without the log leaving your network.
Built for
The person who owns "is the fleet okay?"
AV integrators and in-house signage teams running AppSpace, BrightSign, Korbyt, or a mix of the three — anyone who currently opens a vendor export, squints at a spreadsheet, and tries to guess which device is about to become a support ticket.

Ask before you buy, or after — same address either way.
Anything the trial doesn't answer, or a report type you need that isn't here yet: say so. I read every one of these myself.
